asians have pin-straight hair silly! they cant hold a curl to save their lives! sorry. im joking of course..

Go to a hair cutting place, show them the picture and they'll do it for you. Or you could even go there and ask for some tips or help on how to get it like that.

It takes a LOT to do that...my best friend is Taiwanese, and attempted to do this - they had to use SO many chemicals to get her hair to do it, and it required a LOT of maintenance afterwards.

Think about if it is really worth the hassle...

Use  a good flat iron to curl hair in or out.....you dont curl it like a curling iron does....you basicly bend it a bit and do a long curl outwards...cant explain.

Invest on a good straightener like sedu and practice!

You can do many styles easily with a good flat iron.
