How do u get these on youtube? please help!

i always see pple having videos. but not just one person having it, all these other pple have the same video.

so how do u get music videos from famous pple and post it on youtube? cuz i dont know how.

enter the link to the video and convert it to whatever file type you want, make sure its a video format though, save it to your documents, go to youtube click upload or go to your videos and go to new video and upload it. =]
