How do u get to play 9 ball?

go to a bar OR buy a pool table (if you ask nicely, you can come over and play on mine)

Ok you can setup for this two ways. First and most common is to get a nine-ball rack and rack the first nine balls up. The second is to set up the first nine balls in the regular rack in the dimond shape they are to form using the other six as guides. Then just remove them from the formation after you remove the triangle rack. Then just play as normal. Sinking all the balls in order 1-9, and the first player to sink all 9 wins.
