How do u get to sunyshore city on pokemon diamond version?

I have had the pokemon game for almost a year and i don't know how to get to Sunyshore city....please tell me how to get there or what i have to do to get there

you go to mt cornet and go up the stairs and get dialga

you must first go to canalave city and beat the gym then go to libraary where is earthquake and then u have to do the whole thing with dialga and then the guy stop blocking rode
