how do u get ur real pic on yahoo answers.. not an avitar but ur real pic??

You have to have a 360 account

Go to your "MY Profile"

Click on "Edit my Info"

Click on "Use my Yahoo 360 Picture"

Follow the directions.

You have to have a yahoo profile. Start with www.yahoo.com. Up on the top right hand corner where it says Hi, (insert name here) click on your name. It will then ask you to type in your password. Once thats done it should come to a page that says Review my account information. On the right hand side there should be a column. It will have open ID and then Public Information. Click on Edit/Create profiles

It should come to a page where it has your email address and beside that it should say Edit. Click on edit and it should take you to your profile. If you havent made a profile up yet then you can create one. It should be self explanatory. You can edit profile information or edit profile picture.

You will need a Yahoo! 360°. If you don't have a Yahoo! 360°, click Get my Yahoo! 360° account now! on your Yahoo! Answers Edit My Info page, and open a Yahoo! 360°, or click here. http://360.yahoo.com/

If you want to use your personal photo instead of your Yahoo! Avatar, the picture must be in the JPEG format (JPEG files usually end with ".jpeg" or ".jpg" or ".jpe."), each image must be smaller than 5MB. You can use one you already have saved, or scan one to your computer.

If the picture you want to use is not jpeg, jpg or jpe, right click the picture and on the popup menu point to Open With > click Paint > click File > click Save As > click the down arrow where it says Save as type and select JPEG, click Save.



Once you have a picture saved that you want to use, go to your Yahoo! 360°, go to My Page on your Yahoo! 360° and click Edit Personal Photos, click Browse and browse My Pictures (or wherever you have it saved) and find the picture and click on it and it will be sent to your Yahoo! 360°, click Save. Go to My Page on your Yahoo! 360° and click Edit Personal Photos, on the page that opens click Set as primary and click Save.

Now go to Yahoo! Answers and your Yahoo! Answers profile (click My Q&A, My Profile, or your nickname to get to your profile), click Edit My Info, on the page that opens tick Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture, click Preview, and on the next page that opens click OK.
