How do u get your freind code or fc on pokemon pearl???

You will need to have a Wifi connection or be in a Wifi "hotspot" go to the 2nd floor of the pokemon center and talk to the receptionist on the far right.

In all honesty, you don't need a friend code to get far in the game but it is nice to have so that you trade and collect pokemon.  

Go to the bottom floor in the Pokemon Center and talk to the ladies behind the desk.  You have to connect to WI-FI and you will get your code.  You then register your code on your Pal Pad in the Key Items in your bag.  After that you just get fc for other people and arrange a time to meet in the Union Room.
