How do u grind up tea with a mortar and the pestle i have done that and the tea did not disolve yet?

i dont know where you are from but generally tea doesnt dissolve, the water absorbs the tea leaves' flavor, to make tea.

Put it in the coffee grinder, turns into powder in seconds. Or in the blender or a food processor, whatever you have.

if you want tea to dissolve you should buy instant tea (ugh!!) tea leaves don't dissolve. good luck

the only tea l have seen that "dissolves" is a very very fine green tea, very expensive too, its like a powder,
