How do u jst go up and grind with a guy without asking them?

im 13 now. the last dance i went to i grinded with 1 guy. me and him jst looked at eachother and he asked if i wanted to dance. i wanna be able to jst go up to guys and dance with them. please help. the next dance is coming up soon and i need help

To be honest, I think that's too young to be doing that, but it's just my opinion. Whatever you do, don't grind with too many guys, you'll start looking S****y
