How do u jump i than u can like how do u practise jumping (likle bein abl;e to jump higher)?

i cant jump very high so does any 1 no how 2 jump high like is there a training exersise i can to to jump higher

  1. You should definitely strengthen your legs, like Steffe said above me.  The best things for this are Leg Press, Squats, Running, Biking, and Isolation machines for different sections of the legs in the gym.  Most people never work their adductors or abductors b/c they don't even realize what they are or what they do (inner and outer thighs)

    Also, practice whatever kind of jump you want to get better at after your workouts when you are tired, so your body builds up muscle memory, then you will jump more efficiently.

    Finally do some plyometrics to gain coordination and muscle mass.  Plyometrics are commonly used by track & field jumpers.


  2. Practice strengthening your legs (thigh and calf muscles) by doing squats and standing, repeat. Also push hard down with your legs when jumping on a trampoline and jump really high. On normal ground just push really hard onto the ground and just jump as hard as you can, with the help of swinging your arms.
