  1. saliva, or you can buy the anti-fog goggles or solution.  We would just l**k the insides before putting them on

  2. get fog x and clean them with that. it's from the same makers as rain x

  3. I am a scuba diver and have had this problem. There are basically 3 methods I use to stop fogging.

    1. Saliva - Yes, that's right. It is generally the last thing we use but it really does work. I  put  on my mask when it is dry. Rinse out after rubbing it around your mask.  Good in a pinch.

    2. Commercial  Defogger - These are available for a few dollars. They last a long time and do work (at least the ones we have used). Put a couple drops on your lenses and rub it around. Make sure you rinse it out thoroughly so it doesn't get in your eyes.

       3. Toothpaste - Try this method first if the goggles are new. They sometimes come with a lubricant on them that you hac to get off. Clean it with toothpaste as described above (only use a non-gel toothpaste. We use regular old Crest). We still use this if we having problems with fogging and the fogging stops.

Hopefully one of these methods will solve your problem.

  4. I have seen people spit (ugh I know) in them and supposely that helps scuba divers.

I have not tried this, but on bathroom mirrors a light layer of soap removes the fog and prevents as well.

I just take my hand and get a few soap bubbles and wipe them over the surface.
