  1. you can add a little bit of sour cream. the acid in the sour cream will keep it from turning brown.

  2. Keep it sealed in an airtight container.  It's kind of the same thing as a cut apple turning brown...keep air from reaching it and that will help alot.

  3. LISTEN TO ME (BEST WAY TO KEEP GUACAOLE GREEN IS BY LEAVINN THE AVOCADOES SEED IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR GUACAMOLE.. TRUST ME I DO THAT ALOT.... OH YEAH AND IF YOURE GONNA PUT IT IN  THE FRIGE COVER IT UP.

  4. Never make a huge batch. Fresh guacamole always taste better. Keep the pit in it, add a drop or vinegar, lime of lemon juice to it and cover it with plastic wrap actually making contact with it. Keep as much air out and consume your guacamole within three days.

  5. thinly covering the entire type of guacamole with either lemon or lime juice

  6. You add green peas that have been put thru the food processor

  7. Besides a little lemon/vinegar/Vit C/or seed, after making it, you place a sheet of plastic clingwrap on the surface and press out all the air bubbles. It's the air that causes the brown oxidation. Remove plastic just before the party!

  8. add a crushed up vit c tablet

  9. Just a LITTLE lemon juice!

  10. Spray paint it. :D

  11. I put plastic wrap directly on top of the guacamole and press it down so it's in complete contact.  It's the oxygen in the air that turns the guacamole brown.  Right before serving, I remove the plastic wrap and stir up the guacamole a little bit so it doesn't look all flat.

  12. Dont put too much lemon juice just a little bit!

  13. Lime juice works as well, and it is usually an ingredient in guacamole..you dont need a lot, and another way to keep it from browning, is to keep the pit and put it in the guacamole whole. that keeps it green, thats the trick in mexico anyway.
