Depends on the type of delivery you want.

If you want a high deliveri kick lower hard

if you want a grass delivery kick slightly avove the mid

if you want a banana kick kick slightly side to any side with ur toe at the base of the ball...

Well that would be lining up the ball with the foot you want to kick with, dropping the ball and meeting it with kicking your foot upward. But I can only do a drop punt and occasionally a torpedo... I rather suck at playing footy. I'd rather just watch people who actually know what they're doing lol

Well I'm glad you asked:

If you would like to kick a Drop Punt you have to hold the ball just to the sides of the middle. You have to have the laces facing the direction you want to kick the football in. You have to watch the ball onto your foot and kick right through the ball.

If a Torpedo Punt you have to tip the top of the ball to one side and kick right through the ball.
