i guess by the info u have provided that ur friend is in love. This is because usually guys and gals dun talk for 3 hours every nite if they are just friends

They're using up too much time on the phone, and if I had anything to say about it, I'd cut their phone time back to a maximum of 15 minutes every night.

yeah... they definitely like each other. if they're always on the phone, texting or talking, then they probably like each other. if your best friend is flirting with him then she likes him.

but if you want to be sure why don't you just ask your best friend?
