  1. yeah your strong !!!!!!!!!!! i dont know

  2. when you hit the heavy bag you will have some idea, when you spar you will have a better idea, but the moment of thruth as to how strong your punches are is when you get in the ring and have a fight

  3. Well heres something you should know.

Weight lifting does not increase punching power. How much you lift will decrease your punching power.

Your punching strength comes from your body, not your arms and chest. Weight lifting makes your arms stiff, and not as flexible .

The only way to tell how strong your punches are is to punch someone ... and have them tell you .

  4. The weights you can lift are in no way a measure of your punching power.  They don't even help your power that much. The fair machines are accurate enough to be counted on, so the only way you could really measure it is by one of the machines they use on shows like fight science.

  5. punch somebody in th face and see if they get knocked out thats how you rate how strong your punches are

  6. by fighting or the fun fair they have a punch bag its like a speed ball that hangs down so hit that  and the power will come up on the screen..... see were u come as  the ones who hit it and try beat there score or see if you can match youf mates..

then if so you can you may have a good dig ...

when you do punch the arm is last thing you use when  throwing a punch.... "try this now"  hold your arm out straight

like you are reaching for somthing..... make a fist   now try punching just useing the arm  nothing eles no shoulder just the arm......see u cant do it.....

well you would be knock out in seconds..

the punches come tho a chain of movments from your whole body starts from the toes tho the legs knee hips body shoulder elbow.... fist is the last so i say the maine part as you

can brake it easy lots of small bones but if not made tight your

    hands wrist brakes
