How do u know if u have a busted or rupted ear drum?

i have been sick with an enfected ear and it was pleading this morning wat should i do i already been to the docter

...I busted mine when i was little... i woke up and there was blood on my pillow.. and it hurt like h**l... so i think you would know it it was busted... but go to the doc if you are really worried
