  1. If there's nothing under the public works or public health sections of the city web site, you should call them and ask where they keep that info.  It could be hidden under the fire dept site or something...like everyone would know to look there, right?

  2. The best way to find out is to check your water bill ...and see what it says.  Mine has water rationning during the summer and also tells when to water the plants and how long. And how much to cut back ...like when I am going to wash the car, I just take a quick shower instead of a bath...and some folks take a shower with their spouses or friends together to save water. Also depends on the water contents of the snow pack up there in the mountains and how much water the reservoirs have. Here with so many Mega houses with swimming pools and gigantic jacuzzis, water is very tight and rationed.

Also you may want to check with the local water district office ...their phone is in the yellow pages.

If you are renting ...the landlord will tell you to save water no matter what...so his bill will come lower.

Good thing to be green and not waste water.

  3. If you turn on the tap and no water comes out, your on restriction. :)

  4. Call the town hall.

  5. next time u see a cop, ask him where to find the info?? or just call the city hall and check up with them OR call ur water supplier.

  6. You would have to phone your city office, example (City Of New York)
