How do u know if your dateing the "one"?

If your looking a warm and fuzzy answer, skip my post. So don't say i didnt warn ya!

How do you know if your dating the one? The one assuming your in love, and wether this person is the one you want to spend the rest of your life with? Tough qustion to answer without knowing you. Every person needs diffirent things that would make their one. and don't confuse wants with needs! Suprised how many of my friends have done that.

I recently created my list when I met a womann who might actaully have all the qualifies I was looking for in my 'one', I looked at all my past relationships what worked, what didn't and came up with this! :) The one (for me) has all those qualities because miss any one of them, it impacts another.

Safe- Feeling saef, having trust, and secure, I can share anything with them. Even my most intimate fears/desires

Intimacy- Feeling safe, you naturally progress into intimacy. Being able to enjoy true intimacy with someone results in a level of love making you could never have with a casual fling.

Communication- commincation is required to make any of the previous area happen. Being able to talk about anything is critical! Even stuff you might be scared to admit, afraid they judge you on. If they accept after you face all that, why would you ever consider anyone else?

Honesty- This can be a dlicate balance when you are first getting to know each other, its possbile to share too much too early, but if they are the one, they are the one you want to share any and everything with

Laughter- a shared sense of humor is important and can make the difficult and challanging times better.

Commitment- I can't 'know' if someone else is commited but talking with them, learning about their past, even their previous relationships, and their actions with your relationship will tell you if theire a good risk.  

Chemistry- I disagree with the popular perception on what chemistry means to a relationship, but it is a factor. At first chemistry can be like a blazing light, but as relathip grows it becomes secondary to the rest of the qaulities.

you don't want to be around anyone else.

when you fight, no matter how pissed each person is, you can still stare in  the others and know that you love them.

when you hear someone say their name when your in public, and its not your bf/gf you still look anyway.

you find their flaws adorable.

you cant help but smile when they walk into a room

you'll know.

if you feel loved when you are around him

and when he isn't around you feel a wanting feeling for him

and your heart beats faster and faster when you see him

and when he holds you your heart melts

thats pretty much the best way to tell if he is the one ♥
