How do u know when u gonna have ur period?

im going into 7th grade and i still havent had it yet and i dont kniw hoow u can tell when u have ur period so i need help can someone tell me plz and wht ifu have a boy teacher would they understand i need help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

when you start to get "discharge" that means your period should come in  a yr. or so

Oh you'll feel it, trust me.

You'll get cramps and you'll feel moody beforehand.

Also if small incidents make you wanna cry.

Cramps feel like a bad hunger pain.

They're not unbearable though.

Keep a small purse with you that has

-extra underwear

-a pad

-and maybe some vaginal wipes

Guy teachers will understand,

i always say "Can i go to the bathroom, it's a lady issue"

Haha it never fails, and emphasize the word lady.

you will have had a discharge from "down there" for a few months, your breast may hurt, you may feel bloated, you will have mood swings, and various aches and pains......believe me, periods are no fun, they get old fast!!!

Cramping

Headaches

Fatigue

Moodiness

And if it is a guy teacher, say "I have to go, it is an emergency!" Sounds embarrassing but its better than having a red butt all day.

Don't stress too much, its natural. Plus, when you first start, it wont all gush out, so don't panic. And have pads on hand, thats a must.
