i was thinking about buying this shirt but my mom said it would make me look a lil wide because of the stripes, what do u think? do u like it?

I think its cute. Since the stripes are in the middle of the shirt and are thin lines, it will acually slim you out. It's not like its a 200 dllar hirt or anything its just 11 bucks so buy it if you don't like it oh well. Take chances it's cute. Who cares what anyone thinks as long as u like it.

I think it looks fabulous! My mom told me the same thing with the stripes and all, but it actually isn't true unless you really are already fat. With that color of that shirt it shouldn't make you look fat though.

It's cute! The stripes are so small and close together so they shouldn't give that "wide" effect that large horizontal stripes give. Plus, the stripes don't even cover the whole shirt, so I don't think it would be a problem.

Um, it would probably be best on a thin frame, but of course what wouldn't??? The light color plus the strips is a double negative if you have a lil extra to worry about. But if you have to have it, maybe get it and then layer it with a little jacket or something...
