  2. Many people have queistioned this before. Beside doing some exercise you must do a strict diet. This doesn't mean you don't eat. You still have to eat. But you must control what you eat. Don't eat too many fat. Try to eat more protein because it wont make you loose your muscle. Eat more fruit and vegetables. And for exercise try to do a lot cardio workout. It's good to burn the fat.

    If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio.  I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine.  It really helped me on my way.  There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer.  I couldn't believe how much I got.  It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again.  I've even got my family on this program and it's working for them too.  I found it at  http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  This site also has some good free info.  Also some downloadable reports.

    You could also take dance, pilaties, yoga, or kickboxing classes

  7. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month.   8. You should start doing crunches and core stregnthening exercises.

    also, remember this when you try to lose weight. Eat healthy, and always ask yourself when you feel hungry. Am i really hungry, or am i craving??? Find low calorie snacks like celery, broccoli, and other snacks so that you can snack healthy. I don't suggest the whole strict diet, no eating this or that, or no eating after a certain time. Everything in moderation will not harm you. If you follow a strict diet with only 3 small square meals a day, TRUST me, You will BINGE at night! DOn't Do it. When you allow yourself to eat foods you enjoy, you are less likely to break dieting rules, and you will lose weight slowly, but steady, and maintain it.

    Again, if you follow a strict diet for a day or two, and you drop 3-5 pounds, the moment you eat just a little more, you will gain it all back/

  10. Fill up on complex carbs because your body burns calories just to digest them plus they make you feel full. Eat lots of these like: long grain brown rice (not white rice), oatmeal, fresh vegetables, legumes (like beans or peas). Take a vitamin pill everyday. Eat everything else in moderation.

    It's that easy!

    Running is the only exercise that ever worked for me as far as losing belly fat. 20 minutes every other day and vary your speed so your body doesn't get used to it. Don't forget to warm up and cool down.

    Get plenty of sleep at night.
