Ok heres what you do, as an illusionist you have to divert there attention, keep her focus on one thing while you make the card disapear( weather it be in your sleeve palm, pocket, whatever). what i do is i let them look at the card, then i put in deck and shuffle throughly, although i have a trick shuffle to keep the card at the bottem, then i tell them to rum the top of the deck, when there doing that i gentley palm the card into my sleeve. Quick tip, make sure you practice infront of a mirror so that you can catch your mistakes before the performance.

they have trick cards. Sometime in involves "palming" the card or coin. Check out a magic shop. They have all sort of things. We got one where the card would look like it's floating in mid air. It was really cool. (You attach a string to your shirt -- oops, I'm disclosing a magician's secret.)

Get you and a buddy. Have the card in your hand either one. Put your hands behind your back and tell her to pick and fold it in half....simultaneously have your friend come over. Hand shake him say hay he walks away and have your one hand behind your back so shell think it's there. then ask her again. Then it will vanish. Afterwards tell her.
