a friend made it for me and i was wondering how do u make on it looks really cool

This shows you the basics..just omit the charms and junk they put on it. It's basically just knotting the thread and pulling it tight.

it's called Kumihimo. you use a small circle spongy thing and place the floss on it and move the threads around in a special order. Most of the discs cost only 3.95. the only other thing you need is your floss and whatever findings you will use like beads for decoration (or not..they look good just floss alone) and hook to put the bracelet on and off.

try ebay to see what i'm talking about. do a search there for kumihimo or on google. i'm sure you'll come up with instructions too that way. most discs come with basic instructions as well.

you need at least two strings. first, get them in the order you want the bracelet to be in. next, you take the first string and make a 4 around all the others. then, you take the xtra string and pull it through the 4. pull tightly. you keep doing that an when you think you have enough of one color move on to the next and repeat the steps. keep doing this until you think the bracelet is long enough. have fun!
