How do u make a go cart

i wanted to make a go cart does anyone know how to make one??

Go to a junk yard and get a running working riding mower, to make it faster you can put a much smaller pulley on the transmission located on the back of the mower. (you will need a smaller belt) You should also take the mowing deck off.
