ok how do u make a picture like this on photobucket? i need help as soon as possible!!!!!!!

i mean like how do u layer the photos like that?

you have to use photoshop. i'm pretty sure photobucket doesnt do that.

Photobucket does not have an image editing program.  You can't do that using just Photobucket--that person uploaded that picture from their computer; they didn't create it on the website.

Use Photoshop or another photo editing program (not Microsoft Paint--you'll spend hours doing on it what could take you minutes in Photoshop).

It's far too complicated to describe on this site--it's easier to look at a visual picture.
