How do u make a picture change, like the face changes to a lion or this one guys changed to the ghost rider?

like on a myspace page or something the photo that someone has of themselves it will change back in forth. From there face to something like into a animal or something

Morphing software is the easiest way.  here are a few

You could do it with a good graphics and animation program, but that takes a lot of patience and experience to get it right.
