How do u make a picture with a wierd background (plz read further)

i want to kknow how to make it look all like rainbow in the background

like wat websites and stuff should i use

Take the picture you want and try to use a solid background like a white wall... then use Photoshop to remove the white wall and add the color(s) you want... or add a picture of a crazy background also..
