How do u make a radio controlled boat.?

There are many RC kits and RC clubs in most areas. The boats are usually built from a kit that can be purchased at a hobby shop.

Several are on line, Tower Hobbies,  or Galaxy Hobbies  are just a couple os sources. Decide what type of boat you wish to build.  Sail boat, tugboat, hydroplane,  Gas/Nitro or electric motors.  All are quite popular. There is also a group of RC submarines and a battle group that try to sink each other with BB shot from a compressed air source. This is a very large hobby around the world. Do some research and then make some decisions.  Ask at your local hobby shop who else is in RC boat in your area. Have fun.

you strap a  radio preferably one that is under 2 to a boat (smaller the easier) but if its too small it might sink cuz the radio is too heavy then turn the radio on and that boat should skim over that water like its never done before
