How do u make an ouji board? also known as wiji.?

i was wondering how to make a wiji board and what i need to make this phenomanon realy happen, see my dad died 5 years ago tomorrow and i wanted to see if i can cummunicate with him. please help!

The best ouji board to get isn't one you make, but to buy an antique looking one from the flea market, that is where i got mine, and it's about 100 years old.
