How do u make braces stop hurting

I just got braces yesterday an they hurt really bad i have tried medicine, things that numb my mouth, and ice cream. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

  1. I just got braces too and my orthodontist had this new product it like clear tape for your teeth. my mouth feels so much better. the wax is no help. I think it's called comfortbrace.found it on stopmybracesfromhurting.com
