How do u make phone caller id? I have panasonic set. model # is kX-TG5632M.?

when i bought this phone they says that collar id but that is hard for me find out how do make phone caller id. that why i want to know is that caller id come from the set or from my phone company like cox or verizon My phone connection is cox. i am confused

You have to subscribe for the caller ID display feature. Talk to your service provider.

You have to pay for it, its an added feature, just because the phone has the display or says it comes with caller ID doesnt necessarily mean that it works out of the box. You may have caller ID already included in your monthly phone bill, you best bet is to call your phone service provider and or panasonic. Cox- [phone], 24 hr customer service. Sometimes you have to activate it by calling the company but if not it should be in the manual
