well what u do is wen u grow a sunflower plant u whate for abow 1year for them to grow u can tell wen there dun becas u can see the seeds and thene u pick the seeds and wash them wen yor dun piking them then u get a boll off whatter and soke them for a day and in the moning u dump the watter out next u get a bag and the seeds u poot the seeds in the bag and u poot salt thene u add watter./what u can poot on them? u can poot is salt topiteyo ranch salt and lemen the sald that is sower then what ever u poot them in u havt to add watter make shoor it can soke in the whater the next day wene u let them soke u dump out the watter and get a cookyi sheet and lay them on the cookyi sheet u poot them in the uven for 230digrees
