How do u make this type of moving picture with ur own picture

You need a software program that will animatte a .gif file.

They have some on the internet (Shareware) but be carful always....

There is a free program called Unfreeze

You would need to create it frame by frame and save each frame as a .gif then place all the files in the program (IN ORDER!!!) and then you hit the button to create it.

Easy as pie!
