  1. There is lip pumper which will make your lips appear fuller. However, if you don't want to use that, apply a darker lipgloss/lipstick to your lips, then, apply a small amount of lighter lipgloss/lipstick to the middle of your bottom lips.

  2. ermmm ages ago i had a friend with thinish lips (i don't myself have them) and some1 taught her a trick and it really worked.

grab an eyeshadow thats nearly the same colour as your lip gloss/lip stick/tint. and just dab it in the centre of ur lips like a line going down the middle. then apply the lipgloss or whatever and it makes them look fuller if you do it right.

or you could get one of those lip glosses which are like lip injection ones. it increases circulation so ur lis look fuller   or something or other like that.

    good luck

  3. There's lip plumper, which has chemicals that make your lips puff up and makes them literally fuller. It stings sometimes.

  4. There are lots of lip glosses designed for that. If you're into drugstore products, a great one is Maybelline New York's Volume Seduction Lip Plumper. It has light reflecting particles that make your lips look a lot fuller. Plus, it tingles.

    Hope I helped!

  5. use lip liner

  6. Step 1

Choose a lip liner that complements your skin tone. Choose a lighter shade of lipstick and one more shade that's lighter than the lip liner and lipstick. Make sure all three shades of makeup complement your skin tone and each other.

    Step 2

Line your lips along the outer edge with the lip liner. Don't go outside of your lips or it will look phony.

    Step 3

Smudge the lip liner with your finger or a Q-tip, blending inwardly toward the center of your lips. Apply the next lighter shade of lipstick to your lips, concentrating most of it toward the center. Allow the lip liner color to stand out around the edge.

    Step 4

Use the lightest shade to place a small area of highlighter color in the center of your bottom lip and under the Cupid's Bow, or center of your top lip. Smudge in lightly.

    Step 5

Blot your lips lightly with some tissue. Apply powder to your lips to set the color and make it look natural. Concentrate the powder around the edges for a natural look.

    Step6

Apply some light clear gloss for a dewy look. Put the gloss only toward the center of your bottom lip.
