How do u make your mom let you get a hair cut ?

i dont make her, she makes me lol. i dont understand why your mom wouldnt let u get a haircut. just tell her you want a change with your look.

you have a mature conversation with her and let her know that you are old enough to decide the hair cut that you want make sure to explain that you have wanted the cut for a while and its not just some thing you came up with five seconds ago

I understand how you feel. I have side bangs, and i love them! Try to convince your mom by telling her you want to change your look. Say it's time for a new style. If that doesnt work. Ask her if she would let you if you payed with your own money. All she has to do is drop you off and pick you up. Getting side bangs doesnt cost a lot. If she still doesnt let you, I guess your going to have to wait. But hopefully that helps, and good luck! :)
