How do u make yourself less Groggy in the mornings?

How do you ease yourself into the day?

Lately I've been waking up feeling really drowsy despite the fact I go to bed earlier...

  1. have a tin of coffee by the bed and when you wake up smell the coffee and that should make you perk right up, unless you don't like coffee then i don't know what to tell you

    Make a point of thinking of one of your favorite things or subjects when you wake .Also try doing simple sums in you mind be amazed at your mathematical abilities in your waking state.It will help assemble consciousness.

    i wash my face with cold water

    take a while to wake up and

    dont talk to anyone until i'm ready and feeling fresh for the day

    listen to music as i wake up thats upbeat and happy

    Try going out for a walk or do something active to get your energy up.


  10. One time I had the similar problem, I went to bed earlier but felt like **** when I got up. Try some coffee.

  17. Before you go to bed do some light stretching, don't eat within two hours of going to bed, no caffeine! Keep a pair of socks on or put some socks under your covers for the morning.

    When you wake up in the morning don't get out of bed right away, just lay there and wiggle your toes and fingers. Stretch like a cat and put on those socks before you step on the cold floor. Those should help you wake up more quickly.

    Also, eat a big breakfast, it'll give you an energy boost ;D
