Do you really mean mix Shisha and a separate tobacco?

Well Shisha is tobacco. There are a few herbal brands, but it's all tobacco. You don't really add additional tobacco to it. Normal tobacco isn't designed to cook like shisha...so it will burn hard and fast, and not taste good.

Do you mean how do you mix different shisha flavors?

Easiest way is two mix the flavors on a plate and light pack in the bowl.

Do you mean make your own Shisha from tobacco?

This is more complicated, but essentially you take tobacco, a little vegetable glycerin, molasses and flavoring or fruit preserves and let ferment.
