Question:

How do u overcome anxiety?

i feel like if I'm not normal like everyone else .. whenever it comes to anything where u have to wait or its a surprise i start hesitating playing with my hands looking around and i don't know i feel impatient.. are there any exercises or diets i can do to stop anxiety for good? its embarrassing

  1. Doesn't exactly sound like anxiety.

    More of impatience.

    Though one simple and easy exercise for anxiety attacks is to breathing in with one nostrile and out with the other. Block one, then the other, and alternate. This, however, is for lighter cases though.
