How do u play a game without installing it??

I want to play virtual villagers 3 but my dad keeps uninstalling it via add/remove programs, i was wondering if i could play it without having it show up in add/remove progams... any help?

unfortunately, no, games of larger sizes pretty much need to be installed, and theres no way to hide it. your dad is a jerk >:O
