can you help me coz im going to a party and they r going to play poker

get a poker book from the library

no simple way to explain that here like ranks of hands etc.

or you can go and explain that you dont play that  well and im sure there will be some one at the party that will be happy to help

i hope that you are playing for fun and not for alot of money

i usually play quarter poker with my inlaws we have fun

you can also find a site that has ranks of hands i think

or go to a web site like pogo and play with the computers there

Try searching the web.  They are HUNDREDS of websites that will teach you how to play poker.

well first thing find out what type of poker then go and get a book on how to play poker but be careful about which one you get because there are a lot of books about different styles of play and stradegies but what you would need a beginners guide to learning how to play
