How do u play this game of handball?

i understand that it is not the type where u hit the ball against wall. what do u actually do.

There is a ball and what you do is pass it to your teammates and try to score a goal. You can only take i believe 3 steps before you have to get rid of the ball. The object of the game is to try and throw the ball into the goal, past the goalie. you simply put your hand on your balls and jiggle them

ok first u grab a "handball" and then u shoot the ball into the basket. but u have to dribble the ball without picking it up and dribbling again. that is called double dribble. u have to score over a team of 5 to win.
