Do you mean how do you RIP them off a DVD to your hard drive? Its illegal and they are copyrighted.  I am sure it can be done but not legally so For that reason I can't tell you on a site like this.

can i even play dvds?

rip it onto the computer

change it to the format you want

then put it onto the mp3
