if you mean as in an avatar real photo then:

for a photo avatar:

█ make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht...

█ save the picture you want to use to your computer

█ convert it to JPG if it isn't already

█ go to your yahoo 360

█ my page

█ edit personal photos

█ upload the photo

█ click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

█ click 'save' to finish

now:

█ go to your yahoo answers profile

█ click edit my info

█ then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

█ click 'preview'

█ click save

If you mean just want to put a picture into one of your questions or answers then;

-Upload it to a website like photobucket

-copy the link

-paste it here

-then it will look like this http://www.photobucket.com
