stretch 'em over the loops or hooks, whichever you have

like mine!

you just hook them on wherever the orthodontist told you to. You just stretch them over the little hooks on the braces.

Hook it onto one hook and hook it up again on the other. (make sense?)

You dont need to if you dont have the hooks on your braces.  If your orthodontist didn't show you how to, or put them on for you, then you probably dont need them on.... Call your orthodontist if you think that you do have the hooks for the rubber bands and you are unsure which teeth they go on. Good luck!!

PS: Don't just hook them on where you have hooks because you dont know if they need to cross over or go to the other side, there are MANY ways they can attach the top and bottom and if you don't know the correct way you can do more harm than good.

i have no idea and i would like to know because i just got braces? maybe ask your dentist.

on my braces there are little hooks and i guess you attact them there. from top to bottom.
