How do u put in a complaint about the post office??

Question

Ok so for the last month at least every other day i have someone eles mail...it's a diff person each time there box number is NO WHERE close to mine and there name isn't anything like mine either....I normally wouldn't care and would just take it bad in but i am not getting all my mail i know this because i have missed a bill from my cc and other things...Also i know it's due to the mail person just not care'in because i also have my mail just shoved in the box as in alot of the time it is smashed when i have very little mail...

My husband says sorry but he worked for the post office and as sad as  it may sound you will need to call your local post office and say you need to make a complaint and they will probably have you mail in a written complaint If your mail man doesn't give it to another address

You need to call your local post office and let them know. Tell them everything and they should be able to direct you from there. He needs to be fired.

I think you should mail it to them.  A complaint letter.

Why don't you leave a kind note to your postal carrier asking them to please be more careful with the mail?

pick up a Complaint form next time in the USPS.  They are usually found with the certified letter forms in the lobby.

Go to the USPS website and file a complaint. There's a form there for complaints.

You call the post office to complain that is what I did when the mailman hit my car and drove away.
