to add picture you first go to

photobucket.com

or tinypic.com

tinypic is easier only because

you dont need an account to use

it! then you copy the first code

and put it in your interests!

for a dropdown box go to google

and type in code for a drop down box.

idk about ur drop down boxes but for pics u either get a code off of photobucket.com if its something not in ur myspace albums like ur favorite band

or

if u have it in ur photo albums on myspace there is a little code for it
