How do u replace studs?

i just posted a question about this like 5 minutes ago about what happened to my car.. i need to replace the studs and buy new lugnuts for my honda prelude 92 because they got stripped... OR is it expensive to take it to sumone to get it fixed?

  1. Most studs need to be pressed in, but you can do it yourself with a tool. If you have a good mechanic, it shouldn’t cost you that much to have it done. There are kits online that you can buy. Check this page out for info: http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/se...

If you want to do it youself ,then let me try to help you do it.I guess this is on the front .If so take your tire off,then remove your brake caliper,there's usually two bolts holding it on. now remove your rotor ,that is done by removing that big nut that runs throw the rotor ,once you have it off the just pull the rotor off and youshould be able to knock out the studs.
