How do u resize the chat space in yahoo games?

In the older applets, where the chat it at the bottom, you can just stretch it horizontally.

But in the games with newer applets, you can't resize the chat.

1st thing when you get into lounge,select small windows in option box,  once in room expand it to see chat area
