How do u say "No man is a failure who has friends" in latin? is it "nemo vir est defectio qui amico habet"?

Please help and translate this with proper latin grammar. please......

  1. Though other possibilities could suffice, I would use "Nemo qui habet amicos deficit." for "No man (no one/nobody) who has friends fails."  

    I won't get into a running debate with whether I agree or disagree.
