  1. not from my heart

  2. Nathan means "gift," and Nathaniel means "gift of God."

  3. http://www.hanefesh.com/edu/Hebrew_names...

  4. tha only name that it can be is Natan, and the Meaning is:

He (God) has given.... it is not mean gift like you said.

if she want to call him gift in hebrew she can call him Matan that's mean gift in hebrew or shai like boomeran said but Doron it's not a hebrew name it is Greek,  although it being used in israelis name too.

    good luck

  5. the hebrew word for gift/present is matana but i never heard of that as a boys name before ask her if its natan (or nasan depending on if ur aunt is israeli or not)

  6. Nathan (Originally "Natan") means "Gave", not a gift.

The Hebrew boy's names that means "gift" are Shai (שי) and Doron (דורון)
