send it as a text message, but in the phone number line just put your e-mail address

depends on your service provider and phone.  If you have GPRS you can email it using your cellphone (there's an option saying send via email then insert your email add).  Another option is if your phone has bluetooth or Infrared and your computer also has these feature...then you attach it when you create an email.
